After application an invisible insulation barrier is formed which insulates mineral building material. The average efficacy of a treated wall is more than 20 years. The product chemically bonds to the surface, can penetrate up to 17mm and will create an insulation barrier by reducing water absorption by 96%.

1) Our team will carry out a technical inspection on the exterior walls allowing us to identify any problems in your walls, fissures, cracks, moisture, penetrating damp, decay.
2) Once the walls have been prepped effectively - they will be coated with the transprents primer, this is imperative so the proPERLA® product can adhere to the surface.
3) Two layers of proPERLA® façade coating will then be applied.
Self Cleaning Efficiency: Dirt particles are resistant to attach to ProPerla coated facade and it’s simply will run off with rain.
Weather Resistant: The product is resistant to weather conditions, dirt and air pollutant PLUS offers high resistant to fungus, moss, and algae.
