ProPerla wall coating is a technically advanced, two-coat & coloured thin layer of waterproof, self-cleaning & breathable exterior wall coating. It is a water resistant and silicone emulsion based exterior Wall coating for optimum protection against weathering.
All products used are sourced directly from ProPERLA. Facade Coating comes with a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee but has been proven to perform for 25 years.

Highly weather resistant, particularly dirt-resistant exterior paint on stable silicate and mat dispersion paint coatings, synthetic resin plasters and intact thermal insulation composite system keeps walls dry to maximum depth permanently. ProPERLA® Facade Coating uses cutting edge nano technology to repel water and dirt and keep your property dry, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The product is Super Hydrophobic which is essentually highly water repellent and self-cleaning.

After application an invisible insulation barrier is formed which insulates mineral building material. The average efficacy of a treated wall is more than 20 years. The product chemically bonds to the surface, can penetrate up to 17mm and will create an insulation barrier by reducing water absorption by 96%.

- Our team will carry out a technical inspection on the exterior walls allowing us to identify any problems in your walls, fissures, cracks, moisture, penetrating damp, decay.
- Once the walls have been prepped effectively - they will be coated with the transprents primer, this is imperative so the proPERLA® product can adhere to the surface.
- Two layers of proPERLA® facade coating will then be applied.
- Self Cleaning Efficiency: Dirt particles are resistant to attach to ProPerla coated facade and it’s simply will run off with rain.
- Weather Resistant: The product is resistant to weather conditions, dirt and air pollutant PLUS offers high resistant to fungus, moss, and algae.
- Aesthetically Pleasing: External surfaces exposed to the weather like sun/shade/winds/rain/high and air humidity or in areas with sea salt penetrated air walls will look clean and attractive all year round.
